All full-service meals include a formally attired wait staff to maintain the buffet table and attend to the guest needs, as well as clean up and wrap up leftovers at the end of the night, if possible. The buffet tables are skirted with overlays in black and the food is displayed beautifully on silver serving pieces. Prices also include clear, hard plastic plates, Reflection disposable silverware, napkins and cups. China and glassware can be added to your order for an additional $7.00 per person and also includes a linen napkin of your choice in color. Guest tables linens are available for an additional fee.
