All full-service meals include a formally attired wait staff to maintain the buffet table and attend to the guest needs, as well as clean up and wrap up leftovers at the end of the night, if possible. The buffet tables are skirted with overlays in your wedding colors and the food is displayed beautifully on silver serving pieces. Prices also include clear, hard plastic plates, Reflection disposable silverware, napkins and cups. China and glassware can be added to your order for an additional $5.50 per person and also includes a linen napkin of your choice in color. Guest tables linens are available for an additional fee.

Express Box Lunch

Each lunch contains a sandwich on fresh-baked bread, homemade pasta salad, carrot sticks, bag of chips and a decadent dessert. Included with our box lunches are a napkin, fork and knife and condiments.

All of our salads are made with fresh ingredients and taste as good as they look. They include our homemade ranch dressing or Italian dressing as well as garlic bread and a decadent dessert. Included with our box lunches are a napkin, fork and knife and condiments.

Similar to our box lunch meals, but prepared buffet style. Included with the sandwiches are your choices of homemade pasta salad or potato salad, as well as a fresh fruit tray with a cream cheese fruit dip or a fresh vegetable tray with dill dip. To top off your meal, we add a delectable dessert array made with an assortment of miniature cheesecakes, cookies or brownies. Prices include disposable plates, utensils, napkins and condiments. Sandwiches will be a variety of butter croissants, fresh hoagie rolls or fresh focaccia bread with chicken salad, tuna salad, roast beef, turkey or ham with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

*Our irresistible loaded potato soup or chicken chili can be added to this or any meal for $2.95 per person. We have a large variety of hors d’oeuvre that can be added to any menu - including our mouthwatering stuffed mushrooms, chicken kabobs in spicy peanut sauce, meatballs and assortment of miniature quiche.

Along with our box lunches, we have an impressive array of hot buffets available. All of our buffet meals include set-up, as well as disposable plates, utensils, napkins and condiments.
